Governor Siminalayi Fubara took office in May 2023 with a single, unadorned promise: to build a Rivers State that its children would inherit with pride. In the years since, that promise has taken the form of roads reopened, classrooms rebuilt, hospitals restored, and institutions strengthened.
This archive exists so the record does not disappear when the office does. It is a place of memory — and a foundation for the Fubara Institute that will one day carry this work forward.
